seer rating

as you know the efficiency of a/cs are nowa days are calibrating according to their seer rating.
they start from 13 and goes all the way to 21.
in canada the most popular one are 14 and 16 seers
seer: stand for seasonal efficiency ratio and obviously  the more the seer rating you save more in energy bills.

i do not recommend any thing more then 16 seer for canadian climate since we only have 2-3 months(short) summer ,comparing to florida and texas in US ...
