BRAKETT INSTALLATION

hello guys.
there are always some concern about the installation of a/c on the brakettsi want to tell you there are always some pro and cons for it.

normally brakett is recommended for the homes that are brand new and the grading of the house is not finished yet .so if a/c is installed on the brakett can give the grading guy to finish his job properly. so if you r house is more than 3 years old and you have stable ground and lawn patio stone is the best and most secure type of installation.

pro:
1- it is higher than ground so have clear snow level.
2- neat and clean job
3-can be installed even as high as 2 meters for not blocking the driveway( in downtown area.)

cons:
1- it transfer the compressor vibration to the wall and you can hear the murmur of a/c some times in your house.
2- the installer have to make 4 holes in the foundation of your house almost 3-4 inches each ,and some times they make crack in the foundation of your house and leaky basement.
3- some times they have to install it in the brick(not concrete foundation) so it is not recommended at all
4-if the brakett is not properly painted may rust after a few years so would be very ugly


so as yo see there are some pro and cons that always consider .
